Zeena Frome

Analysis:  Zenobia (Zeena) is a sickly woman who is married to Ethan Frome. In the novel Zeena is portrayed as a person who complains a lot and it often seems as if she exaggerates a lot about her illness's. Also in the novel Zeena is portrayed as a old unattractive woman which leads to Ethan's attraction to Mattie.
